Notes:

Notes on this story:

- WLW smut w plot
- Autistic character (Castel)
- Castel is AFAB and identifies as such to an extent
- Moesha is a Black woman
- The ‘perspective’ kind of switches fluidly
- Medieval fantasy setting where neurodiversity and racism (among humans) is not a recognised part of life,
queerphobia also not a thing in this lil universe. Gender roles are at play here, and there is some level of racism
toward other humanoid races.

Chapter Text

The crunch of leaves and twigs underfoot went unheard by the woman running, her heartbeat racing in her ears drowning everything out. The crisp afternoon air and occasional patches of sun warming her skin were antithetical to the feeling of panic thrumming through her veins. Spring was in its infancy and plants were beginning to flower, trees bursting into green once more after an unusually cold winter, and Moesha was glad that it was starting to warm up again. She’d opted for a thinner dress for the first time in months and the slight breeze through her skirts felt good. She was endlessly fortunate that she’d managed to escape in the springtime, running in winter boots would have been a significant disadvantage.

Fearful, but freer than ever, Moesha pushed on, upping her pace a little. The path drew narrower, and the foliage grew closer, but she knew she still wasn’t safe. Soon enough, the beaten path beneath her feet faded away, replaced by leaf litter and rougher ground. She came to a halt and looked around; realising she was now deep into the woods, not entirely sure which way she’d come or how far she was from her starting point. While this'd been her goal, she felt a little helpless. She would have to keep her wits about her as she moved further on, she needed to find a hiding place before nightfall. Judging by the orange tinge to the sun peeking through the foliage above her, she didn’t have much more than a few hours.

Having slowed to a stroll, she noticed a faint sound in the distance- a repetitive, thudding sort of sound. She decided to follow the sound, hoping to find someone who knew the lay of the land better than she did to direct her further from her starting point. As the sound grew closer, Moesha realised was probably an axe on wood and that she would need to exercise caution. It wouldn’t be unusual for people to be out here chopping firewood, but one could never be too careful. After walking a few more feet, the thick scattering of trees appeared to open up into a clearing, and through the trunks she could see a tall figure moving in time with the chopping sounds. She hoped to high heaven that it would be a kind soul, but she kept her wits about her either way, a makeshift dagger hidden in a garter under her dress. As she drew nearer, she realised that the axeman was not in fact, an axeman, but an axewoman. Moesha breached the tree line and came to a halt, the axe-wielding woman now in full view. She quickly realised what the axe was for, taking stock of the surprisingly well-built shelter erected close to the treeline furthest from where Moesha was standing.

Her attention returned to the woman, who was something of an oddity, even from afar. Tall, muscular, and perhaps most noticeably, bald. Her tanned skin shone with sweat in the sunny clearing, red tattoos littering her body and almost entirely covering her scalp. She turned to look at Moesha, striking green eyes and high cheekbones creating an intimidating yet attractive face. She didn’t look like anyone from Moesha’s village, nor any woman she’d ever seen in her life for that matter. She treaded carefully.

“Good morning,” Moesha greeted, “sorry to disturb you. I was taking a walk and I think I might be lost.” The woman cocked a sharp eyebrow.
“You came off the path?”

“Yeah.” Moesha chuckled, giving away her embarrassment. “Must've gotten carried away with the sights.”

“It’s gorgeous out here this time of year.” The woman agreed.

A slightly awkward silence passed between them before Moesha stretched out a hand.

“I’m Moesha.” The woman brushed her hands off, then sheathed her axe and hung it on her belt before shaking her hand.

“Castel.” Her grip was strong, and the palms of her hands were a little rough and calluses scraped against her skin.

“So, what are you doing out here? If you don’t mind me asking.” Moesha ventured, curious about what Castel was up to with the shelter she had presumably built. She noticed two large fish hanging from a tree branch and she began to wonder about the extent of this woman’s skills.

“Depends. You a friend of the monarchy?” Castel returned her question with one of her own and an impish look on her face. Moesha balked; her inquiry had caught her off guard. This random woman couldn’t possibly have any idea that she was a noblewoman, especially not with how she was dressed. She’d pinched one of the maid’s dresses from the laundry room since her normal attire would draw questions.

“Definitely not.” This appeared to assuage Castel's concerns.

“I’m a nomad. I live alone, out in whatever wilderness I find myself in.” Moesha’s jaw dropped.

“That’s crazy!” Castel appeared confused by her reaction. “Not in a bad way, but in an impressive way- I don’t know a lot of women that could do that.” She laughed. Again, Castel looked relieved.

“You from a village nearby?” She asked, Moesha shook her head.

“Uhh, no. I was brought here to work for my lord and lady in their home.” She lied.

“I see.” Castel mused, apparently believing her story. “You won’t get in trouble for getting lost?” She even looked concerned.

“Probably, but what can I do?” Moesha was getting into her little cover story, lamenting the punishment from her lord and lady that didn’t exist.

Moesha took the opportunity to find out where she was from.

“Speaking of, where is home? You have a strange accent, but it’s nice to listen to.” Castel smiled bashfully, the pink tinge on her cheeks chipping away at her intimidating aura.

“Believe me, I think your accent is much more attractive.” Before Moesha had time to react to that comment, she continued. “I grew up somewhere far away from here, I was an orphan. I have loyalties to no land, except those where nature reigns freely.” She grinned at her closing statement.

“Where nature reigns freely?”

“I don’t exactly do well living in mainstream society. I’m an un-feminine woman who has rejected the traditional path.” Moesha listened intently as she spoke, Castel certainly sounded as rough around the edges as her lifestyle indicated, but she was well-spoken.

“Well, I’ve never met somebody who went against the masses to such an extent in order to do what made them happy.” Moesha smiled. “I admire it." The axe woman seemed bashful at the reception of such praise, and changed the subject.

“So, you’re lost.”

“Yeah. Do you know the area?”

“I’ll be honest, not really. And my aim is to be as far from civilisation as possible while still being able to obtain mercenary work.” Castel explained. “I can hazard a guess and say you’re about half a day’s walk away from where you probably want to be.”

“Mercenary work?” Castel laughed at the mixture of shock and horror on Moesha’s face.

“Well, yeah. I do need gold for some things. You think I can make a blade like this in the woods?” Castel patted the head of her sheathed axe fondly. Moesha almost couldn’t believe what she was hearing, but the earnest look in Castel’s eyes told her she was dead serious. What an unusual woman she’d encountered.

“What you’re telling me is, you’re no help?” Castel looked wounded at this.

“I wouldn’t say I’m no help at all…” She muttered and Moesha felt a bit bad. “I can try and help you find your way back, but it wouldn't be quick by any means. It’s also going to be getting dark soon and if I’m being honest… Helping you would cut into time I need to spend setting up my fire and dinner before it gets dark.”

Castel was honest at least, but Moesha was starting to see an opportunity unfolding in front of her. This was a woman who didn’t bear any loyalty to the society that she was running from. She was also clearly a capable survivalist. If she could angle it right, she might be able to weasel her way into staying with Castel for a while and relieving some of the pressure on herself to survive alone. The two stood in silence as they took stock of the situation.

“How lost are you exactly? When do you last remember being on the path?” Castel asked. Moesha sighed.

“I really couldn’t tell you. I wasn’t keeping track of the time.”

“Ok. Well, a few things are clear. We’re very deep in this forest, which is what I’d intended. You have two options that I can think of.” Moesha braced herself, hoping that Castel would lay the offer she was gunning for on the table.

“I can potentially sacrifice my dinner tonight, which I really need after building this shelter, by helping you find your way back to the path. I don’t know the way, so that is by no means a sure shot.” Moesha listened intently, hoping the conversation was taking the direction she’d hoped for. “In doing that, we could risk getting more lost, and I can’t help much if I’m starving hungry and away from camp. The problem is if we’re so far that we won't find the path before sunset.”

“Castel, you’re not doing much to reassure me.” The axe woman scratched the back of her head, apparently just as concerned as Moesha was pretending to be.

“The other option is you stay out here with me.” Moesha’s eyes widened but kept her cool as Castel elaborated before she could respond. “I caught two big fish today, I can definitely give you the other one. You can take my shelter and I can sleep in my hammock. I know its awkward, but try to see it as an adventure?” Moesha took another look at the shelter behind Castel. It was an impressive structure considering she’d built it herself, but the word ‘hammock’ was playing on her mind.

“You would have to sleep in a hammock?” Castel looked a little embarrassed.

“The shelter isn’t exactly built for two unless they’re packed in tightly.” She laughed. “I sleep in the hammock if I don’t finish my shelter in time or if I’m only staying for a night. It is of little concern, I layer up and sleep inside my sleeping bag.” Moesha couldn’t help but be impressed constantly by this woman, but she had a decision to make. Castel seemed prepared for anything, and Moesha felt safe with her, but she’d never lived anywhere other than beautiful, well-bred homes. The situation was daunting, but she knew she was safer with Castel than alone.

“I’ll be honest with you, the idea of sleeping out in the woods like this for the first time is rather terrifying.” Castel smiled sympathetically. “But… I think you’re right. It’s probably not a good idea to go finding my way out now, especially if it puts you in an awkward position.”

“Exactly. And I promise, I know it’s scary now, but I’ll try to make it as fun as possible. Wouldn’t want you put off the woods for life, would I?” That impish grin was back, and it was beginning to look rather charming to Moesha.

“Ok, Castel. I know my mother would flay me for camping out with a stranger but I’m trusting you as a woman.” They laughed together, but Castel’s kind manner and blunt honesty really did put Moesha at ease.

“Alright then, well since you’re at Camp Castel now I have to put you to work.

“What?!” Moesha yelped and Castel was propelled back as she let out a bark of a laugh.

“Don’t worry, I wouldn’t ask someone as pretty as you to get her hands dirty.” And before Moesha could respond to what seemed like a flirtation, Castel had jogged away in the direction of her pack.

Moesha followed her and came to a halt when Castel spun around brandishing a pair of well-crafted, leather gloves. She met Moesha halfway and handed them to her.

“Do you know what pine needles are?”

“The branches that fall off pine trees?” Moesha replied dryly, Castel smirked.

“Very good.” She picked up a small handful of branch tips and showed Moesha what she was talking about. “Gather me some of these. We’ll use them to get the fire started.” She then surveyed the ground for a moment before picking up a twig. “Then start looking for sticks and twigs about this size. They’re what we’ll use to build the fire. I already started chopping down the bigger branches that’ll keep the fire going.”

“You’re very organised.” Moesha hummed, and that pink hue returned to Castel’s cheeks once more.

“Yeah. I’m used to being alone, so I’m not much used to having someone around to help. Just let me know if I start ordering you around too much.”

Moesha hadn’t expected the vulnerable quality to Castel’s voice but took it in her stride.

“I like a woman who can take charge.” She quipped, slipping on the gloves and walking off in search of pine needles. She smiled to herself, knowing she’d given Castel a taste of her own medicine, but wished she could’ve seen her reaction.

Castel watched as Moesha practically strutted off, now wearing her gloves. She couldn’t believe her eyes or her ears. Or anything that was happening, to be frank. She’d been finishing off her activities for the day by getting her cooking fire ready and an absolutely stunning woman had run into her camp and needed her help. Although Castel felt disappointed in herself that she didn’t know how to help Moesha find her way back, she was relieved she could at least keep her safe until the morning. Then she could properly help. The most shocking part was that she appeared to have responded to her awkward flirting. Moesha was someone Castel considered to be far out of her league. Beautiful, even in such a simple dress and leaves poking out the grand crown of impossibly tight, black curls atop her head. Not to mention the unmistakable curve of her hips accentuated by the light corset she wore. Castel tried her best to keep her thoughts respectful. It would be inappropriate to think of her in such a fashion, given that Castel was now responsible for her safety.

She allowed herself a moment to watch as Moesha searched the clearing for the materials she’d tasked her with gathering. She’d been worried that Moesha would be horrified at the prospect of camping, but she appeared to be taking it in her stride. Castel admired her ability to stay visibly calm, her bright smile that spread over her plush lips had a contagious effect. Snapping out of her reverie, Castel began hauling the large branches she’d chopped over to where she planned to start the fire. There were two trees adjacent to the shelter that meant she could string up her hammock close enough that Moesha wouldn’t feel alone, and they could still share some heat from the fire. Digging a pit that she then lined with rocks, Castel set up the foundations of her fire pit. As if on cue, Moesha returned with an armful of things and dropped them rather unceremoniously beside her. Castel began arranging the pine needles at the centre of the pit and arranged the twigs meticulously in the order that she would add them to the fire. She felt Moesha watching her and couldn’t help but feel added pressure to get the fire going quickly in order to impress her. Moesha had taken a seat by the pit and watched on expectantly.

“Watch and learn.” She laid out her equipment and gestured to it dramatically, before pulling the string out from under her singlet from which hung her fire flint.

“What’s that?” Moesha asked, but Castel decided it would be easier to simply demonstrate. Unsheathing the knife from her belt, she angled the bevel of the blade onto the rod of flint, pushing downwards and into the pine needles. Sparks flew, making her audience jump as they caught the needles with ease that came from years of practice. Scraping a few more times, Castel then started piling the skinniest twigs onto the fledgling flames before they could die out.

“The needles only burn for maybe few seconds, so you have to get the twigs to catch.” Once the first layer was burning, Castel added more and more until she began increasing the size of the sticks.

Soon enough, she was adding the large branches and logs into the pit and had created an impressive fire. Moesha watched on in fascination, feeling somewhat grateful to be privy to the sight of Castel in what was beginning to feel like her natural habitat. She couldn’t help but think about how nobody knew that deep in the woods was such an intriguing woman, surviving off the land and her knowledge. As predicted, darkness has begun to set over the clearing and Castel had dragged her pack to where they were sitting and placed a handmade grill over the pit. Moesha watched intently as Castel unhooked the gutted fish from the branch they hung from and began seasoning them with a mixture from an unlabelled jar. She held slabs of butter over the fire for a few moments before slathering the fish with them, then roughly chopped a few pieces of what looked and smelled like garlic chives which she stuffed into the filets. Satisfied with her handiwork, she then placed them carefully on the grill, then brushed her hands off with a satisfied smile.

“We’re eating good tonight.” As she cooked, she had almost forgotten about Moesha watching her, but when she took the woman in once more, she remembered just how nervous she made her.

As they sat together waiting for the fish to cook, Moesha took the chance to ask Castel some more questions that had been weighing on her mind as she watched her prepare dinner.

“You said you forage for everything you eat, but where did you get the butter, herbs and spices?” Castel laughed.

“I mean, I can’t argue with you about the butter and spices, but it is my own blend. The garlic chives I grew myself.” She admitted.

“I can’t even pretend that’s not still impressive.” Moesha relented and Castel shone under her praise. “You’re making me feel lazy.”

“I’m sure you have a busy life like most people in these lands. It takes a lot of time and effort to live this way, so I don’t blame anyone for opting for convenience. I still visit markets, taverns, blacksmiths and all manner of merchants. But the woods are where I feel at home. I have never felt welcomed by people.” She explained and Moesha nodded in understanding.

“I can definitely see the appeal. You’ve opened my eyes.” She smiled, and Castel felt she could trust there was something genuine in her words. She was happy that Moesha seemed to be enjoying herself despite being lost.

Thankfully the fish were done a short time later, and the two women sat on a log Castel had felled as they ate. Moesha was pleasantly surprised at how good the fish was, adding ‘good cook’ to the mental list of talents she was observing that Castel had. They ate in comfortable silence, but Moesha couldn’t help stealing looks at her companion. Even in the now dark clearing, the light from the fire cast shadows over her prominent face and even more prominent biceps. She had never seen such a visibly strong woman before, and it was sending her mind to surprising places. Moesha had had the odd crush here and there on the some of the beautiful and powerful women she encountered in court, but none of them inspired the same degree of intrigue as Castel.

As the daughter of the only noble family in her village, her father had garnered a lot of respect for his military contributions, and thus they attended a some pretty important soirées. This, however, was nothing like those candlelight dinners entirely catered by servants. Here, she sat on a dirty log next to an equally dirty woman eating with her hands. She had fashioned two little sticks out of twigs for Moesha to use like chopsticks, but apparently preferred to forgo cutlery herself. Moesha had studied the red markings that covered her arms, many depicted different sorts of blades and strange swirling patterns that morphed into large predators. There were words in a language that Moesha didn’t recognise, but most striking were the large spiders, scorpions, and insects that covered her scalp. Pincers snaked down her neck, and Moesha found her eyes creeping down the neckline of Castel’s singlet.

Her eyes suddenly snapped back to the remnants of the fish filet on the plank Castel had fashioned into a plate for her. While the other woman had seemed oblivious to Moesha’s staring, too absorbed in eating her fish to notice. Having always thought herself tall, she couldn’t help but compare herself, Castel easily cleared six feet, making her feel rather small in comparison. She too had long thick limbs, but while Moesha’s were soft and squishy from a cushy life as a noble, Castel’s were corded with thick muscle from manual labour.

“How was the fish?” Castel’s voice snapped Moesha out of her quickly unravelling thoughts.

“Amazing, considering the lack of facilities, thank you so much for sharing with me.” She replied genuinely. Castel returned her smile with one of her own.

“I should thank you, really. It’s nice to have company every once in a while.”

“I thought you said you liked being alone?” Moesha teased, while Castel responded by elbowing her gently.

“I suppose I’ll clarify; company as beautiful and kind as you are.”

Moesha felt a blush spread across her skin, warming her entire body, but she was unable to look away from those green eyes in spite of it.

“People don't talk to me much 'cuz of how I look, you didn’t seem phased. It feels good to be looked at like a normal person for once.” Moesha’s heart ached at Castel’s confession. Her express was so serious, almond-shaped eyes fixed on her without a hint of dishonesty within them. Moesha found herself wanting to reach out to her, to show her that she wasn’t scared of her at all. She placed the plank at her feet and carefully laid the chopsticks on top before returning to her original position.

“You know, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with how you look.” She began, lifting a hand experimentally. Castel didn’t flinch, she only continued to watch Moesha with that intense stare. “I’ve never seen anyone who looks like you before, there’s something special about that, isn’t there?” Castel looked uncertain, but when Moesha’s palm connected with her cheek, her eyes fluttered closed.

“People find ‘different’ scary.” Castel replied bluntly, eyes still shut as Moesha began rubbing her thumb lightly over her cheekbone.

“I don’t find it scary. I find it interesting. You remind me of something out of a story book I would find in my- my mistress’ library.” She had almost slipped up, but Castel appeared too entranced to notice. Moesha wondered whether she ever came into physical contact with anyone, and the white scars that littered her skin told her she certainly did, but not in the way she’d hoped. Since her eyes were still closed, she took the opportunity to really take in her face. A scar slashed through her left eyebrow twice, and another narrowly missing her right eye in the outer corner. She winced at the thought of how she got them, but those thoughts quickly dissipated when her eyes settled on her lips. They were pouty and dark pink, with a sharp cupid’s bow that gave them an attractive definition. She couldn’t help but wonder how they would fit against her own.

To Moesha’s surprise, her eyes snapped open. She was suddenly aware of how close her face had drifted and froze in embarrassment. Castel stared at her curiously, her eyes sparked with something she couldn’t recognise, before she closed the gap between them and kissed her. It was Moesha’s first time being kissed by a woman, but as if a switch had been flipped in her, she clung to Castel’s strong arms as she pulled her into her lap. Castel may not have been as untouched as Moesha first thought, the way she kissed her was utterly sinful. She sucked and nipped her tongue between planting shorter kisses on her lips. Moesha was vaguely aware of her hands securing her legs around her waist, then planting her hands firmly on her backside. She didn’t care anymore, unsure if she was drunk on the adrenaline of finally escaping her controlled life at home, but something about Castel gripping handfuls of her flesh while their tongues danced together felt so right, she never wanted to stop.

When Castel pulled back, the whine that escaped Moesha was shameful. Castel stroked her face in the same way she had, kissing her again before fixing her with a more serious look.

“You sure I don’t scare you?” She asked once more. Moesha rolled her eyes.

“What kind of person kisses someone they're afraid of?”

“One that feels indebted.”

"I don't feel indebted." Moesha scoffed.

“Then... Are you scared of this?” Her rephrasing of the question was certainly tactical, gesturing between them.

“What is ‘this’ exactly?”

“Sleeping with a woman, assuming that’s what you want. Have you ever been with one before?” Moesha blushed at that but shook her head hesitantly. Castel’s hands roved up to her waist and squeezed tightly before kissing the edge of Moesha’s lips. Moesha noticed how in most of the idle arms of noblemen she had always felt insecure about her size, but with Castel she felt delicate and safe. Castel leaned in close enough that her lips brushed Moesha’s ear.

“I just need to know how gentle I need to be with you.” She whispered, and Moesha felt like she might have wet herself.

“I don’t even know what this entails, let alone whether or not you need to be gentle.” She whined as Castel licked a wet stripe up the column of her neck.

“Are you a virgin?” She asked casually, and Moesha had to take a moment to remember that Castel had no idea of her status. These conversations were likely more acceptable among those who didn't have to guard their reputations as closely as she did.

“No!” Moesha blurted out, thankful that in the dark Castel probably wouldn’t be able to see her blushing furiously.

“Has a man ever tasted you?”

“Good grief, Castel.” Moesha huffed, debating with herself as to whether to dignify her with an answer, but eventually came to the conclusion it made no sense to lie. “No.”

A low rumble emitted from the taller woman; her mouth too firmly fixed on Moesha’s neck for it to be properly audible.

“You mean to tell me that there was a man fortunate enough to lay with you and he didn’t taste you?” Castel asked, apparently gobsmacked. Moesha was beginning to lose count of how many times her frankness embarrassed and aroused her simultaneously, but she shook her head all the same. Castel’s teeth grazed over her pulse and she moaned involuntarily. “Shameful. I would eat you all night long given the chance.”

“Eat me?” Moesha squeaked.

“Mm,” Castel groaned, inhaling sharply as if taking in her scent. “I wouldn’t be satisfied with unravelling you just once or twice.”

Moesha could hardly stand that she only somewhat understood what Castel was talking about. The most she knew about these sorts of acts were described in flowery, vague language in the books in her mother’s library and from the odd crude story she’d overhear. Her few, fumbling experiences with men had left her confused about why everyone was so enthusiastic about sex- she’d had better experiences with her own hands in bed at night. But presented with the opportunity to learn about them first-hand, with Castel as her guide? The thought alone made her feel dizzy and warm. She decided to be completely upfront, Castel hadn’t judged her thus far.

“Nobody has ever made me come other than myself.”

Castel suddenly jerked back so she could face Moesha. She stared at her in shock for a moment, before smirking in a way she hadn’t seen before.
“Is that a challenge?” She licked her lips and Moesha snorted.

“Somehow I don’t think it’ll be a very difficult one.” A wolfish grin stretched across Castel's face.

“We’ll just have to see, won’t we?”

And with that, Castel stood up with Moesha’s legs still wrapped around her. She shrieked in surprise, clinging onto Castel’s neck to prevent herself from slipping.
“I won’t drop you.” She assured her, and strangely, Moesha believed her. She carried her over to the shelter which until now, she hadn’t seen inside yet. The walk from the log to the entrance was short, and once inside, Moesha was surprised by the change in temperature. The structure was equally impressive inside, though certainly more of a spacious shelter for one large person rather than two. Castel had built a backwall from logs between two large trees and built the other walls around the shelter until it opened out into a triangular entryway that let in some light from the fire. The back half of the shelter was raised up onto a platform that she’d built and covered with a leather bedroll. Castel lay Moesha down onto the makeshift bed, informing her she had packed the platform with softer, flat pine branches under a leather skin she had made herself. With her head now comfortably on one end of the bed, she watched as Castel washed her hands off in a bowl of water on a shelf in the corner. When she returned, she spread Moesha’s legs so she could settle between them. As she lay there staring up at Castel, she felt like a prey animal awaiting the first bite from a predator.

Castel crawled up her body and kissed her, softer and less forcefully than before. When her hand began squeezing Moesha’s breasts, she couldn’t withhold her cries; she played with her nipple through the fabric of her dress until Moesha impatiently undid the lacing holding the top closed. Castel pulled Moesha’s breasts out of the material eagerly, then fixed her lips around a nipple and began sucking as though starved. Her other hand drifted to the hem of Moesha’s skirts, pulling them up so she could slide under them and between her legs. When she felt Moesha’s lack of undergarments and the soaked mess between her soft thighs she let out of a groan.
“You are so incredibly beautiful.” She said, before returning to her breast as though magnetised. Moesha wanted to reply, she really did, but the feeling of Castel’s fingers rubbing her own fluids against her bundle of nerves cut whatever wires were connecting her brain and mouth. She bucked against her hand, crying out so loudly that she was particularly relieved at how hidden away they were.

“I love the sounds you make. Do you want me to put my fingers inside you?” Moesha nodded wordlessly, desperately wanting whatever she had to offer her.

The woodswoman dipped two fingers into her, curving them upwards until she saw stars.

“You’re so sensitive.” Castel breathed; eyes fixed on Moesha’s flushed face. She began thrusting her fingers in a steady rhythm, relishing in her moans and writhing figure. “Can I taste you?”

“Please, please do whatever you want to me.” She practically sobbed. Castel chuckled quietly but sunk back down between her thighs.

“Take your dress off.” She helped her by pushing her skirts up and then pulling the dress over her head once she’d gotten it over her torso. Laying there naked she suddenly felt a little self-conscious, Castel was still fully clothed.

“Aren’t you going to undress?” She asked shyly. Castel looked taken aback by her question, but her eyes were fixed to the garter on her leg. Moesha had completely forgotten about the knife, it felt hot against her skin as Castel stared down at it with intrigue. She carefully pulled the knife from the garter, which she dragged down with her teeth. Her mouth fell open slightly, watching raptly as Castel placed the knife within Moesha's reach, unconcerned by its presence. Without another word, she pulled off her singlet, her breasts pulled close to her body by bindings, reducing their appearance. She made no move to loosen them and returned to her knees. Moesha couldn’t take her eyes off the sight of Castel staring at her hungrily. Not just her naked centre, but her whole body. Her eyes roved up and down, then settled on Moesha’s soft belly.

“You’re perfect.” She groaned, then finally ran her long, wide tongue up Moesha’s core. The feeling was indescribable. When Castel focused on her clit, pushing her fingers back inside, Moesha lost whatever shred of composure she had left. She felt as though a huge, warm, wave of pleasure had washed over her entire body; her mind wiped blank as she shook, only vaguely aware of Castel licking her through her climax. Her thighs snapped shut around the taller woman’s head, oversensitivity and aftershocks making her spasm. Castel pulled back but pushed her legs back open, admiring her handiwork. Moesha regained some level of control and sat up slightly so she could look at Castel. Liquid covered her chin, dripping even.

“Your face! It’s so wet!” Castel smiled in amusement.

“Yeah, you just squirted all over it.” She was alarmingly calm about this, stretching out her long tongue to lick her chin.

“Wait, I did that?” Moesha was panicking, she’d never let out that amount of fluid before, had she really wet herself?

“Well, technically I did it, but this is all you. She sucked the two fingers that had been inside Moesha mere moments ago and she felt lightheaded at the sight. “You taste even better than I thought you would.”

“You talk so crudely.” Moesha covered her face in embarrassment.

“You don’t like it?” Castel carefully lay beside her, gathering Moesha in her arms before pulling them away from her face. Moesha could hardly think past the feeling of Castel’s body, a mixture of hard muscle and soft breasts, to form an answer.

“I do, I’ve just never been spoken to that way before.”

Castel ducked her head into the crook of Moesha’s neck and inhaled deeply.
“I’d like to behead everyone who came to you before me.” Her statement was surprisingly violent, but as with almost everything Castel said to Moesha, it aroused her all the same.

“I do see that I was missing out. I’ve never felt anything like that before.” She admitted as Castel sucked on her neck distractedly.

“Neither have I.”

“But you seem like you know what you’re doing…” Castel finally pulled away to look Moesha in the eye.

“I have been with women before. Never men, only women.” For some reason, this information irritated Moesha. “But you make me especially lightheaded. The way you look, the way you smell, the way you taste… The sound of your voice. It all makes it so hard to behave myself.” Ah. Perhaps Moesha wasn’t so irritated after all.

“For someone who claims to be socially inexperienced you have quite the silver tongue.” Moesha deflected, not quite sure how to receive such an intense compliment, though her nether regions certainly knew how they wanted to respond.

“I tell the truth. I am not a good liar, Moesha.” Castel sounded serious; she met her gaze. “Telling the truth all the time, I’ve learned, is not always the best route. But I find it hard when to know when I am supposed to tell the truth or tell a ‘white lie’ as they call it.” She felt she was beginning to understand Castel’s issue a little better, she was simply too honest. She told Moesha everything she thought with little to no hesitation but coming from a society that insisted on manners and pleasantries at all times, Moesha loved it. She felt she knew where she stood with Castel, there were no falsehoods being woven.

“You can always tell me the truth, Castel. You’ve done nothing but go out of your way to help me, and you did… That.” She couldn’t help but giggle a bit at the thought. She’d never slept with someone she’d just met, but she certainly didn’t regret having done it with Castel.

“Again, I’m not certain how long I would’ve been able to hide how much I wanted to do <i>that<i>.” She mimicked Moesha in such a comical manner, her voice was too gravelly to sound like her.

“So… The moment I walked into the clearing? You were thinking about doing that?” For the first time, Castel looked panicked.

“No! Well, yes. Not like that, though!” Moesha snorted, stroking the smooth skin of Castel’s scalp to reassure her. “When you walked into the clearing, I was surprised such a beautiful woman had come seemingly from nowhere. I don’t often find people attractive and like them enough to want so desperately to be with them intimately.” Castel explained earnestly.

“You like me?” Moesha smiled.

“Yes.” That honesty was going to kill her. “Although I haven’t known you for very long, I have a strong instinct about people. I like you a lot, Moesha.”

*

Moesha felt warm. That was the first thing she became aware of, the warmth that surrounded her. As she swam further into consciousness, the sensation of skin against hers shocked her eyes open. Upon taking in her surroundings, the sight of Castel fast asleep with her head on Moesha’s naked chest, strong arms wrapped protectively around her, she remembered. The once intimidating woman looked so peaceful with one cheek resting on her breast and her lips tantalisingly close to her nipple. Her long, black eyelashes rested on high cheekbones; Moesha was truly beginning to see how stunning she was. Sunlight peeked through the curtain of leather Castel had covered the entry to the shelter with, Moesha imagined that was what had woken her since she was used to sleeping in the darkness of her curtained four-poster bed. Thankfully her hands were free of Castel’s grip that was securely underneath her arms. She began tracing the tattoos on her head, intrigued by their lack of shading, only the solid red lines creating the images. The only two that were different were two black circles on either side of the top of her scalp.

Castel could have sworn she’d slept in the clouds that night. Her bed felt far softer than usual, and her scalp tingled pleasantly. She nuzzled into her bed, or had she made a pillow? When her eyes flickered open briefly to check, she was met with a big, soft breast. She realised she had fallen asleep on Moesha’s chest, who was awake and running her finger along the tattoos on her head. This was perhaps the best way Castel had ever woken up before, she shifted closer to the nipple that was so close yet so far from her mouth. Sucking into her mouth, she felt Moesha twitch and yelp in surprise.

“Good morning.” She greeted in a wobbly sort of way.

“Mmm.” Castel responded, enjoying herself far too much to reply verbally.

“For someone supposedly so big and scary you act like a baby.” Moesha laughed, stroking Castel’s cheek. She briefly broke away from her breast to retort.

“I love sucking your tits.”

“Rather blunt in the mornings, aren’t you?” Moesha’s tone was playful, but Castel felt bad. She was right, it always took her a moment to adjust in the mornings. She halted her ministrations and looked up.

Moesha was a vision even after sleeping out in the woods all night, her smile went all the way to her dark brown eyes.

“You look so beautiful.” Moesha poked Castel’s cheek, surprising her.

“Silver tongue is back.”

“I’m just saying what I’m thinking, I don’t know what a silver tongue is.” Moesha couldn’t help but melt a little bit at how oblivious she was learning Castel could be. “I might have a silver tongue in other ways though.” She mused.

“Yes, yes you just might.” Moesha blushed at the thought of their activities last night. “You never let me return the favour.” Castel appeared to stiffen at that.

“Yes, um… That’s a bit complicated. But I don’t mind, I like pleasing you.” Moesha sensed she was entering delicate territory, she treaded carefully.

“I know I’ve never been with a woman before, so I might not be all that good, but you could teach me?” Castel’s face dropped even further.

“No, no. I have no doubts you would make me feel good. It’s just… It’s just different for me.”

Moesha really couldn’t fathom what could be so different about Castel that it would cause her to worry so much. She could hardly stand the self-conscious look in her eyes as she stammered through her excuses.

“I told you, your being unique is something I like about you. I’m sure whatever it is that makes you different in this sense will be something I like about you too.” She explained, but Castel still looked conflicted.

“Moesha, I don’t know if you had any inkling, but I’m not like you.” She appeared to be debating with herself on how to continue. “I know you’re human, but I’m not.”

Suddenly it all made sense.

Living in human village, she hadn’t come across many other bipedal species that lived in the land, only envoys and diplomats that attended dinners. She had read about many different races, but she had no idea that Castel wasn’t human. She knew of goblins, elves, giants, wolf people, vampires, sirens, wood nymphs, orcs, and all manner of humanoid races, but none that fit Castel’s description.

“Forgive me, but you look quite human to me.”

“And there’s a reason for that.” She paused before elaborating, gauging Moesha’s reaction so far. “Perhaps it might be better if I showed you.” She finally let go of Moesha who mourned the loss of Castel’s warmth as she stood up from the bed. She was still topless, and Moesha kicked herself for taking this vulnerable moment as one to gawk at her. Castel took a deep breath and closed her eyes, she appeared to be focusing immensely. She appeared to be under immense strain, her brow furrowing as if in pain, and then Moesha realised; two black stumps were growing out of her head. The grimace on her face as the stumps sprouted into horns was too much to bear.

Moesha hopped out of the bed and wrapped her arms around Castel.

“Stop. It looks like it’s hurting you.”

“But I have to show you.” Castel protested.

“And you have, you can stop now.”

“That’s not everything.” She gently pulled Moesha away and sat her down on the edge of the bed platform. She began untying the string that fastened her leather pants and shucked them down rather unceremoniously, considering the build-up. Castel was wearing some sort of restrictive sheath, but she could already see where this was going. Moesha was still surprised to see a flaccid penis flop out of the sheath when Castel removed it.

“Oh.”

“I am a Baphomite. A child conceived by a human and another Baphomite.” Moesha needed a moment to take in the numerous things Castel had just revealed to her. To begin with, she had never read about Baphomites before, but had heard of them. She was also struggling to draw her eyes away from the appendage that sat on the hem of Castel’s leather pants that now sat halfway down her thighs. She had certainly heard stories of races whose reproductive organs differed, but it was something entirely different to see it in the flesh.

“Are you disappointed?” Castel’s voice brought her back to the present and she snatched her gaze back to her face.

“No. I understand why you felt the need to hide it. Humans aren’t always known for being welcoming to other races.”

“I see. And are you disappointed that I have a cock?” Her sad tone broke Moesha’s heart.

“Surprised, yes. Disappointed, no. How could I be disappointed?” She replied, desperately hoping she could reassure her. “I have been with, ahem, those with penises.”

“’Those with penises’?” Castel chuckled, her demeanour relaxing slightly.

“Well, I’ve only come across human men with penises before! Do you consider yourself a woman?”

“Yes, I do.” Castel replied firmly.

“Then that’s all that matters to me. You fed me, kept me safe, and made me feel unimaginably good last night while asking nothing in return. I can’t imagine why your… your…”

“Cock.”

“Uh, yes. I can’t imagine why that would matter.”

Castel sighed and sat down next to Moesha on the bed, without pulling her pants up. She seemed awfully comfortable being nude now that she’d explained herself, meanwhile Moesha found herself pulling the furs Castel had given her up around her.

“I was under the impression you would feel deceived in some way.”

“Not particularly. I don’t demand to know what genitalia anyone else I meet has.” Castel chuckled at that.

“I suppose, but if I’d pulled it out last night without any sort of explanation?” It was Moesha’s turn to sigh now.

“Castel, I don’t know how to explain it, but I trust you for some reason. None of this bothers me in any way. Do I have to show you?” That appeared to get Castel’s attention. Moesha edged closer to her on the bed, taking her face in one hand and resting the other on her thigh. “You still don’t scare me.”

Castel beat her to it, kissing her hard. She wasted no time delving her tongue in Moesha’s mouth, her acceptance encouraging her. She could feel Moesha’s hand drifting across her lap and towards her member, it twitched in anticipation. She was already hard, it felt good now that she wasn’t restrained in her pants. She was amazed she hadn’t soiled them last night.

“It moved!” Moesha gasped. Castel chuckled and made it twitch again.

“Yeah. I can make it do that.” Moesha watched in fascination as she did it once more for her viewing pleasure.

“Can I touch it?”

“Please.” Castel groaned; Moesha’s innocent curiosity was killing her. She gripped it in her soft hand, the contrast of their skin tones was pleasing to Moesha. While the rest of Castel’s skin clearly saw plenty of sun, her nethers were a paler iteration of her olive skin. The head was darker, leaking a clear, sticky substance. Moesha rubbed it with her thumb and Castel let out a loud moan. In her past encounters she’d learned that the tip of a penis was sensitive, so she continued spreading the liquid over the bulbous head.

“It’s really big.” Moesha mused; eyes transfixed to the appendage she was stroking.

“You don’t have to put it inside.” Castel gasped, hardly able to speak with Moesha’s tight grip around her.

“But what if I want to?” Castel almost blew her load then and there. Moesha staring up at her with those sweet eyes, cock in hand, saying she wanted to put it inside her was all too much.

“Baphomite sperm is very potent. It’s dangerous.” Moesha couldn’t imagine how she was supposed to take such a scandalous warning seriously when it was grunted out by this woman she was so helplessly attracted to. She decided to do some teasing of her own, leaning into Castel’ collar.

“Then you’ll just have to resist coming inside me.”

“You test my restraint when you say things like that.” And with that, Castel had pushed Moesha back down on the bed and torn the furs away from her body. “Why do you cover yourself like this?” Moesha ignored her question and simply pushed her breasts together, which had the desired effect.

Castel dove down and began sucking and flicking her tongue against both nipples which she’d managed to squeeze into her mouth. Moesha could feel the weight of her brushing against her hip and it filled her with excitement.

“Please, Castel.” The woman in question laughed at Moesha’s impatience.

“Let me taste you again first. I want to get you soaked before I fill you.” Moesha had no intentions of protesting, and let Castel settle between her legs once again. The oral assault was relentless, Castel flicked at her clit with the narrowed tip of her tongue with such accuracy that she was already hurtling towards orgasm at blinding speed. When Moesha realised that she was stroking herself as she pleasured her, her climax hit her like cannonball. It wasn’t the same explosive, wet orgasm she’d had last night, but judging from the obscene sounds her core made as Castel rubbed the head of her cock against it, it had had the desired effect.

“Ready?” Castel asked as she angled herself to push in, but Moesha’s eyes were transfixed to the sight of the large member about to breach her walls. She’d never been with anyone that well-endowed before, but if it felt as good as all the other things Castel had done to her, she was ready. She watched as Castel let spit drop from her lips down to her cock, she rubbed it all over, making it slick.

“Please, Castel.”

Castel didn’t hesitate, but she also didn’t slam into her like Moesha had half expected. She edged her open, making her feel every inch as it stretched her open. Once she was fully seated inside her, she draped Moesha’s legs over her shoulders and bent down to kiss her.

“You feel like heaven.”

“Funny thing for a Baphomite to say.” Moesha breathed. Castel grinned, then pulled out of her suddenly before pushing back in. The stretch was so much more demanding when she did it faster, but it felt dizzyingly good. Moesha’s hands scrambled to grip at Castel’s back, scratching her skin as she thrust into her.

“You feel better than anyone I’ve ever been with before. So tight and warm.” Castel’s voice was hoarse as she complimented her.

“And you’re biggest of anyone I’ve been with.” Moesha blurted before blushing furiously.

“Mm, never had a dick this big? You like how it feels?”

“I love it.” She practically whispered. This appeared to encourage Castel, who began thrusting into her harder. Just as Moesha had thought it couldn’t get any more intense, the feeling of Castel slamming into her with renewed vigour had her eyes rolling to the back of her head.

“You look so good like that. Taking me so well.” Moesha had no clue where this side of Castel had come from, she’d seen hints of it the night before, but right now Castel had her under a spell. Not a spell in the literal sense, but in that moment, she felt as though she might do anything the Baphomite ordered her to.

“It feels so good, Castel. Please don’t stop.” She sobbed, clinging onto the other woman’s neck.

She hoisted her in closer by her backside, legs still hanging over her shoulders. The angle she was being taken from was far sharper now, the upward curve ensuring that it pressed into the most sensitive part of her with each thrust. The pleasure was blinding, Moesha was lost in it. Her mouth hung open in a silent scream of pleasure as she felt something snap inside her. The familiar sensation of moisture running in rivulets as she came told her Castel had made good on her promise. “Good girl, just like that.”

“You’re going to make me do it again if you keep talking that way.”

“Threatening me with a good time?” Castel replied, breathless as she continued to pound her. She began to curse, evidently close to her own end. Part of Moesha wished she could finish inside, the thought of being filled so completely by her sent heat coursing through her veins. For now, she would relish the sweet ache in her core as Castel bucked up into her, groaning loudly in pleasure.

“Fuck, fuck, fuck.” She swore, pulling out and releasing ropes of pearlescent spend all over her stomach and chest. The amount was obscene, Moesha couldn’t believe there was so much. She also had no idea how she was going to wash off. She watched as Castel’s chest rose and fell with her heavy breathing. Her cock rested on Moesha’s pelvis, softening once more.

“Wow.” Moesha managed to say.

“Did you like it?” Castel asked.

“You couldn’t tell?”

“I could tell your body liked it, but I want to hear that you liked it.” Moesha flushed yet again, losing count of how many times this woman made her blush. The painfully earnest look on Castel’s face as she awaited her response was too much to bear.

“I loved it, Castel. You made me feel better than anyone ever has.”
