He had tried, really truly tried to follow the lovely flow of Blitz’s story but was having an exceedingly difficult time paying attention.
It wasn’t because he did not wish to hear it. He adored listening to Blitz talk about his job. His eyes always glowed a little in excitement and his tail would swish to match his enthusiasm. He loved that they were finally at a place where Blitz wanted to sit down together and share about his day. He cherished these moments dearly.
And today he really wanted to listen but…

Summary
"That's what I'm going to find out," Charlie said, untying the ribbon from the box. Gently pulling it off, she opened the lid of the box to see what was inside. Her eyes widened as she pulled out a white collar adorned with yellow gems and red-tainted metal. Lucifer's face had gone red as he noticed the collars in her hands.
"Oh. So that's what he meant…" Charlie had lowered the collar down, looking back into the box. She noticed a leash as well, pulling it up to look at it closer. It looked exactly like the collar except it had "Charlie's Puppy" sewn into the middle. Did Angel Dust get this custom made for her and her father?
It was perfect.
