Gosh, yes, go ahead! I only ask that you post any such works to the archive, and link back to or otherwise indicate the original work that inspired it.

I also hope you understand, as delighted as I am to know you want to create something based on my work, there are some things—sometimes very random things—that I can't comfortably read, view, or process in somebody else's work, even if they are things I sometimes write myself. So (re)create at will, and just know that any lack of engagement or direct response on my part shouldn't be mistaken for my disapproval that the work exists; merely a symptom of the wandering geographic oddity that is my personal comfort zone.
