Summary
Being forced into the role of substituting a dead hero, Lin Ling had expected to go through harsh training to fit the appeal of the public’s eyes. That was hard, but surprisingly, not the hardest part of his job.
The hardest part of the job was dealing with the other heroes. From warnings, to death threats, to silences which translated to death threats, he knew there was animosity between heroes, but he did not expect this much of it to be present.
