    Summary

Over the first few months of their newly romantic, sexual, and very human relationship, Crowley and Aziraphale begin the slow process of learning how to say what they mean. The journey towards declarations that are both out loud and emotionally functional involves a number of false starts, several near-confessions, a handful of arguments, a few reconciliations, and, naturally, rather a lot of sex.

    Summary

In the year 1811, Christmas arrives in treachery for Aziraphale Faoloen as he finds himself trapped aboard the sinking ship St George. Faced with the mortal peril of all sailors lost before him, Aziraphale prays to the sea itself for mercy, promising his vow of devotion to any god that would listen to spare the lives of the men aboard.

But no spirit answers the call of the sailor, and God is not listening on the day of His Son's birth. What does answer, however, is the might of a creature known only in tales of old folk stories. A terrifying, cosmic being of primordial beauty and danger.

As Aziraphale finds himself faced with the knowledge that his vow to the sea must be kept, for the first time in his unremarkable existence, Aziraphale wonders if every step he has taken in his life has led him to this single, irrevocable choice. And with that choice, he discovers at last, what the meaning of miracles are to a man who lost faith long ago, and that prayers can be answered in the most unlikely of places.

    Summary

The London Library is Dr. Aziraphale Fell’s cathedral of calm - the tea in the Member's Room, his notes in immaculate rows in the Reading Room, silence thick enough to hear the dust settle.

But then a stranger dares to scrawl clever little messages in the margins of his favourite books. Outrageous! Inexcusable! And yet… somehow, utterly irresistible.

Anthony Crowley loathes his job and rebels against the futility of life by scribbling wicked little asides in priceless London Library books, never expecting an answer.

Until someone writes back. Someone insufferably prim, precise and ... fascinating.

What begins as a literary battle of wits might just unfold into an adventure neither of them anticipated.
