Hello and welcome! I am usually somewhere between friendly and hermit crab. I try to answer all comments because I love getting them, but if you don't feel up to leaving any then no pressure. I get it. I hope you enjoy things I have written, regardless!
A standing apology for past behaviour, which still lingers in old author's notes and comment replies: I am sorry for the times that I have become angry with people. I wasn't in control of my temper, and I didn't see it, and that was absolutely a me problem.
Turns out I needed a li'l bit of medication, some therapy, and to find out about my previously undiagnosed neurodevelopmental disorder before I could actually develop the ability to do difficult things like calm down and let things go. The good news for everyone near me is that I no longer tend to flip out, although oversharing may still be a problem...
Mental health may be a reason, but it's never an excuse. Other people don't deserve to be collateral damage. If you find that you often feel sad, or angry, or even just... empty and bleh, then odds are you're not okay. Look after yourself, do what you can to heal (even if it's scary), and life will get better.
