I write with my own personal experiences regarding mental health issues, such as Bipolar 1, for an example (people point this one out to me a lot). If it doesn't match what you or someone you know experiences, that's okay. We're both still valid. Someone else's experiences doesn't change your own. But nothing is "one size fits all". Especially not mental health.
By the by, my burnout for writing is *so* strong since the last time I posted anything. Don't know when I'll pick back up, but I have been trying to write since Jan, 2024. Been trying to write as part of a Writer's Sprint Group every Saturday. Hopefully, I'll have something to post soon.
