A female Zuko story.
In the Fire language, proper nouns don't have a gender. The closest word to Prince or Princess is more appropriately translated as Royal. The person who is next in line to the throne is always called Heir. In the Earth Kingdom and water tribes an heir is always a man. So Heir in Fire is always translated to Crown Prince.
It's not Zuko's fault the idiots can't tell she's a girl.

Summary
For some reason, Zuko doesn’t expect it when Sokka asks if he wants to meet his dad.
Which is ridiculous really. They’ve been dating for nearly a year at this point, love each other more every day, and aren’t planning on stopping anytime soon. Sokka has met Uncle, has known him since the beginning, the only adult in Zuko’s life that he would hold to the standard of a ‘meeting the parents’ figure. It’s only natural that Zuko meets Sokka’s father at some point.

Summary
The attack on the Northern Water Tribe goes differently, Aang and the ocean spirit don’t destroy the entire Fire Nation fleet, only most of them.
Zhao escapes, taking Sokka and a few other Water Tribe men as prisoners. Knowing Sokka is traveling with the Avatar he gets sent to Zhao’s “special prison camp” that is hidden near the Earth Kingdom colonies.
Sokka gets a taste of the real war, not the war that he thinks he knows from traveling with the Avatar. While Zhao’s prisoner, he struggles to survive the inhuman conditions. Alone and thought to be dead, he feels himself slowly losing hope.
Seeing a familiar face brings back his hope, even if that face is the scarred Prince of the Fire Nation.
Sokka and Zuko come together to survive and end up depending on each other for a lot more than they ever thought possible.

Summary
Heir Zuko spent 99% of her time in banishment with the people of the Earth Kingdom assuming she was a man. Which wasn't very good for her self esteem.
The first person to ever want her was Jet on the ferry into Ba Sing Se and she let herself have a single night of weakness. She doesn't want to think that that may have been the biggest mistake of her young life.
She just couldn't be pregnant now that she had her honor back. She couldn't lose it all again so soon.

female!Zuko worries she might be pregnant when she gets back to the fire nation after betraying Iroh and joining Azula. She may end up going through her redemption arc with a bun in the oven.
Not a direct sequel to the story Heir Zuko, but rather the same character changes applied without Zuko joining the Gaang early
