Summary
In a small coastal town at the southern edges of the Shizuoka Prefecture, a little four-year-old boy had decided, with all the wisdom a child could possess, that Musutafu town was no better than a dumpster. The houses were smaller than those from the city he grew up in, and there were no cool cars parked on the streets nor big screens displaying ads. The heat of the summer sun felt sticky on his skin, and the gloves his parents forced him to wear after he presented his quirk were making him feel itchy.
But as much as Katsuki hated it, his Papa hadn’t stopped smiling once since the moment they arrived, and he had also come with a purpose. Challenge a so-called kid named Izuku who dared to steal his Papa's love.
OR Bakugou Katsuki was born in Hamamatsu city, moved to Musutafu and met Midoriya Izuku.

How did losing end up feeling like victory? Simply because apparently Deku asked him to go to the Light and Hope themed Cultural Festival UA was hosting that Izuku had been a big part in organizing... the kicker...
